Delivery
We send goods within 1 to 3 days of payment being received. If goods are out of stock we will send an e-mail with estimated delivery date and ask whether you wish to keep items on order. If delivery is estimated to be more than 2 weeks, payment is normally refunded unless you request otherwise.
Shipping methods are on a banded scale
UK Postal charges
up to two model plans = £3.00
up to £20.00 = £5.60
£20.01 – £75.00 = £7.20
£75.01 – £350.00 = £10.30
£350.01 and over is post free
Northern Ireland and EU Countries
Until we are able to comply with the EU GPSR regulations introduced in 2024, we are unable to supply goods to Northern Ireland and EU Countries.
USA
With the changes in US Import Tariffs please contact us with a list of your required items so we can prepare a quote that will include the tariffs.
The rest of the world
For all other countries please contact us with a list of required items and we will quote for exact shipping charges.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases from us, and will accept returns if returned within 7 days of delivery, providing they are unused and unopened, but please email and obtain authorisation first. You must return the goods at your expense for a refund (less our P&P costs). You must pay for the item to be returned and received by us in good condition. We will not be responsible for any item that gets lost or damaged in the post whilst being returned.
